Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our Sales and Marketing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, this role is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, supporting customer relationships, managing sales activity, and helping drive revenue growth.

The Inside Sales Associate plays an important role in customer acquisition, account support, product knowledge, and the overall execution of sales initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a results-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within the sales field.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and other sales development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support repeat business, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, contracts, and related customer documentation.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, customer activity, and sales progress.
  • Support customer account management, including pricing, quoting, order entry, inventory availability, shipping coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors, the Marketing team, and other internal departments to support sales strategies, campaigns, and customer requirements.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding market trends, customer needs, product opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications, Training and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field considered an asset.
  • Previous sales, customer service, account management, or related experience considered an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective and existing customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using CRM software considered an asset.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions and Requirements

  • Based at Atlas Graham’s Head Office located at 1725 Sargent Avenue.
  • Standard office hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Occasional regional, national, or international travel may be required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Valid passport required for travel, as needed.
  • Clear criminal record check required.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
