Full Description
Onyx-Fire Protection Services Inc. is the fastest growing full-service fire protection company.
At this time, we are seeking a Junior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting and supporting customer expectations.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring proper follow-up and follow-through.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, consistent, and trustworthy communication.
- Assist with the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of client portals.
- Lead KPI tracking and monitoring for assigned clients to ensure service performance aligns with client expectations and contractual requirements.
- Learn and understand assigned client requirements, including:
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Billing procedures
- Reporting expectations
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for assigned accounts.
- Escalate issues or service concerns to senior team members as required.
- Support internal coordination between operations, billing, and service teams to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications & Skills
- Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with client portals or CRM systems is an asset
