Looking to apply your skills where they truly make an impact? Join Alberta Conservation Association (ACA) and help manage and enhance over 50,000 acres of conservation land across Alberta.
This role is ideal for a motivated biologist who enjoys a mix of fieldwork and project coordination—supporting habitat conservation, restoration, and land management initiatives within our Land Management Resource Program.
What you’ll do:
• Monitor and maintain conservation sites
• Support habitat restoration and enhancement projects
• Develop land management plans and securement proposals
• Collaborate with landowners, partners, and stakeholders
• Oversee contractors and manage project deliverables
What you bring:
• B.Sc. in Biology (or related field) + relevant experience
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work long field days and occasional overnight travel
• Passion for conservation, habitat, hunting, and/or fishing
