About Bida Media

Bida Media is a Toronto-based creative agency working with some of Canada's most notable businesses across healthcare, real estate, fashion, and education. We specialize in video production, social media strategy, and digital storytelling, helping our clients build strong, memorable presences in a fast-moving digital landscape. We are a small but growing team that moves fast, thinks creatively, and holds a high standard for everything we put out.

The Role

We are looking for a full-stack creative who can think strategically and execute with precision. This is not a role where you hand things off. You ideate, you create, you publish, and you analyze. You are equally comfortable developing the strategy behind a content plan, writing a caption, designing a graphic, managing a posting schedule, and pulling insights from analytics to inform what comes next.

What is a Full Stack Creative?

A full stack creative is someone who does not operate in a silo. Rather than specializing in one narrow function, a full stack creative can move fluidly across the entire content process. At Bida Media, that means:

  • Strategy: Understanding a brand's voice, audience, and goals and translating that into a content plan that actually moves the needle.
  • Content Creation: Writing copy, designing graphics, and creating short form video and photo assets for social media.
  • Social Media Management: Building and managing posting schedules, maintaining consistency across platforms, and keeping content aligned with each client's brand.
  • Community Management: Engaging with audiences, responding to comments, and building a presence that feels human and intentional.
  • Analysis: Reading the numbers, identifying what is working and what is not, and adjusting the strategy accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Working alongside the creative director, clients, and contractors to deliver cohesive campaigns that are aligned with client objectives.

You do not have to be the best in the world at every single one of these. But you have to be capable, curious, and willing to own all of them.

What You Will Be Doing

Creating and posting graphics and content across client social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Managing content calendars and social media schedules to ensure consistent and timely output. Developing creative strategies and assisting in shaping brand messaging for clients. Conducting market research to inform content direction and campaign strategy. Collaborating with the team to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with client goals. Tracking performance metrics and contributing insights to refine strategy over time.

What We Are Looking For

A genuine passion for storytelling and social media, not just someone who uses it but someone who studies it. Strong writing and research skills for content creation and strategy development. A sharp eye for visuals and a strong sense of brand consistency. Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics is an asset. A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a fast moving agency environment.
