Are you a highly detail-oriented Data Analyst or a recent grad looking to build your career in the banking sector?

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join a collaborative Business Management team right in the heart of Toronto.

The Reality of the Role: This is not a developer or heavy automation role. We are looking for someone who loves core data analysis, data validation, and record-keeping. If you pride yourself on your accuracy and want to support vital business reporting requirements, this is for you.

What You Bring:

  • Up to 2-3 years of data analysis experience (We are very open to eager, recent graduates!)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365, Excel, and Power BI.
  • An obsession with accuracy, data integrity, and high-quality documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills to partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus: Previous experience in the Banking/Financial industry.

The Details:

  • Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in the office at Toronto.
  • Duration: 6-month contract (with possibility of extension).
  • Hours: Standard Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (No OT required).
  • Compensation: Up to $26/hr-28/hr (T4) or $30/hr-$32/hr (INC).
