We’re looking for a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our team and support pricing, reporting, and data management processes across the business.

This role is critical in helping maintain pricing accuracy, supporting master data integrity, and contributing to reporting and analysis that drives informed business decisions. Working with us:

This is an in-person role based at our head office at 151 Savage Drive, Cambridge, Ontario. Typical hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with occasional flexibility required outside of these core hours from time to time.

What you’ll do:

Pricing Support & Execution

  • Support the pricing team in maintaining and executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly pricing cycles.
  • Assist with pricing models across premix, supplements, tolling, ingredients, and resale items.
  • Act as backup support for pricing activities during team absences.
  • Maintain pricing contracts through accurate data entry, validation, and quality checks.
  • Provide timely product quotes as requested.
  • Support pricing analysis, reconciliations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Data & Master Data Management

  • Assist and coordinate with the data management team as needed.
  • Support Internal Nutrition and Pricing teams with data updates and maintenance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, including Microsoft D365.
  • Maintain key pricing and analysis-related master data fields.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Perform reconciliations to support management reporting.
  • Analyze data to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
  • Support ongoing reporting and financial analysis initiatives.

Systems & Continuous Improvement

  • Work within Microsoft D365 to support reporting functionality and data integrity.
  • Support projects related to system improvements, data audits, and reporting enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.

Your background includes:

  • 2+ years of experience in finance, data analysis, or a related field
  • Agricultural business experience is considered an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience building and maintaining reports in Power BI is required
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 or similar ERP systems is a strong asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
