Golden Cariboo Resources (CSE: GCC | OTCQB: GCCFF | WKN: A0R2CQ | FSE: 3TZ) is a junior exploration company committed to reviving the historic Cariboo Gold Rush through targeted high-grade drilling and trenching programs. Its flagship Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine Project is located in British Columbia near Hixon, surrounded by the operations of Osisko Development. The region boasts a history of significant placer gold production with ongoing placer mining activities. The company's mission is to discover and develop valuable gold resources in this historically rich area.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Junior Geologist role based in Hixon, BC. Accommodations are at a motel, plus food and travel is paid for. As a Junior Geologist, you will assist with core logging, plus occasional field work and data management.
Qualifications
- Field Work and Geological Mapping experience
- One Year Experience in Core Logging
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field
Day rate of $350, rotations TBD
