The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-performing early-career professional to join our team in a full-time role at the intersection of finance, technology, and real estate.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience who want to build deep, hands-on expertise in financial technology, AI-driven systems, and institutional real estate workflows.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams, contributing directly to how investment professionals use our platform to analyze and manage real estate portfolios.

This is a client-facing role , so strong communication skills and fluency in English are required.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support reconciliation and analysis of financial and property-level data using our AI-powered platform
• Work directly with clients to help them effectively use our software for investment analysis and portfolio management
• Clearly communicate platform outputs, workflows, and insights in a professional manner
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve client issues and improve user experience
• Develop deep expertise in the platform and stay current with new features and capabilities
• Gain exposure to financial modeling, asset management, and institutional investment workflows
• Contribute to improving client onboarding, support processes, and operational efficiency
• Work in close collaboration with experienced professionals across the company

Who You Are

• A recent graduate or early-career professional (0–3 years of experience) in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients in a structured, professional manner
• Strong interest in fintech, AI, real estate, and data-driven systems
• Proficient in (or eager to become strong in) Excel, Google Sheets, and data tools
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter who takes ownership and consistently delivers high-quality work
• Someone who learns quickly and performs well under responsibility
