Job Title: Junior Sales Representative, Quebec Region

Location: Quebec, Canada (Field-Based)

Compensation: $45,000-$55,000

Employment Type: Full-Time (3-month probationary period)

About the Role

This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on supporting in-store execution across a retail territory in Quebec.

You’ll spend most of your time visiting stores, maintaining product displays, and building relationships with store staff. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to gain real-world sales and retail experience, with a path to grow into a territory sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retail stores to support merchandising and product visibility
  • Restock shelves and maintain displays
  • Set up promotional materials and signage
  • Ensure products are properly placed and available
  • Build relationships with store staff and department managers
  • Support product education at store level
  • Assist with demos, events, and store openings
  • Track store visits, merchandising activities and provide field feedback

Education and Experience

  • 0–2 years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience
  • Post-secondary education is an asset, preferably in Business

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Positive, energetic, and eager to learn
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to travel within Quebec regularly
  • Ability to attend regional trade shows, sales meetings, and customer events as required (some travel may be necessary)
