We’re hiring a Junior Sales Representative in Whitby, ON, for a well-established, North American frame manufacturing company with a strong reputation in the market. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who thrives in a consultative environment and wants long-term growth - without the pressure of commission-based selling.

What You’ll Be Doing? Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 600 existing B2B accounts
- Conduct outbound calls to re-engage customers and strengthen relationships
- Introduce new product lines and recommend solutions that support customer growth

Use a CRM system to track activity and performance

What We’re Looking For? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service
- Comfortable making outbound calls and having business conversations
- Upselling or cross-selling experience is a strong asset
