What You'll Be Working On
- Support tooling β Build the internal tools used to diagnose and resolve issues across deployed sites
- Remote device pipeline β Develop a two-way communication system for interacting with deployed medical devices (monitors, sensors, peripherals)
- Hardware integration β Write and upgrade software that interfaces with clinical hardware, handling device communication, data, and errors
- Logging and diagnostics β Build systems to collect and read logs from live environments to help with troubleshooting
What you'll do day to day
- Reading logs and helping triage bug reports from deployed clinical sites
- Building and improving support tools based on issues that come up in the field
- Working with clinical hardware to diagnose connectivity and communication problems
- Documenting issues, fixes, and workarounds
- Collaborating with developers to escalate bugs and confirm fixes
What We're Looking For
Required
- Graduated within the last two years in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field
- Working knowledge of full-stack development β React, C#/.NET, and SQL
- Methodical approach to debugging and problem solving
- Clear written and verbal communication
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with hardware communication protocols (serial, USB, Bluetooth, HL7, or similar)
- Any exposure to medical device software, IoT, or embedded systems
- Experience with remote access or device management tools
- Interest in healthcare software
