Overview

Prime Quadrant is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer (Junior) to join the IT team, working closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams.

This role focuses on supporting and improving the systems that power our marketing, sales, and business development activities. The position sits at the intersection of technology, marketing, and sales operations, helping ensure our BD team can operate efficiently through well-structured systems, automation, and clean data.

This is a long-term contractual role with flexibility and potential to grow, ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with systems, automation, CRM platforms, and marketing tools.

What Youโ€™ll Work On

You will help support the operational systems behind:

  • Marketing campaigns and outreach
  • Events and client engagement initiatives
  • Lead tracking and lifecycle management
  • CRM structure and automation
  • Reporting and analytics for Business Development

Your work will help ensure the firmโ€™s marketing and business development efforts are structured, measurable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology & CRM

  • Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
  • Build and maintain automation workflows and campaign infrastructure
  • Maintain data quality and structure across CRM and marketing systems
  • Manage lead capture, routing, and lifecycle stages

Campaign & Event Operations

  • Support setup of email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing workflows
  • Assist with operational setup for events, registrations, and follow-up automation
  • Ensure campaign tracking and attribution are properly configured

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing and BD performance
  • Track campaign activity, events, and outreach metrics
  • Assist with data preparation for reporting and analytics initiatives

Systems Integration

  • Work with the IT team to integrate tools across the marketing operations stack
  • Support integrations between CRM, marketing platforms, event systems, and analytics tools
  • Assist with troubleshooting operational issues in marketing systems

Qualifications

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Data, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Interest in marketing operations, CRM systems, and automation
  • Comfortable learning and working with technical platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing tools is an asset

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Interest in scripting or coding (Python, JavaScript, APIs, etc.)
  • Curiosity about automation beyond no-code tools
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, or data pipelines
  • Comfort using AI tools to automate operational workflows
