People Operations Intern

Responsibilities

· Supporting recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes for new hires.

· Maintaining HR records, employee files, and internal documentation.

· Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

· Helping maintain investor relationship records and follow-up activities.

· Supporting market research and fundraising campaigns.

· Assisting with strategic partnership initiatives.

Requirements

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

· Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
