Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Representative to help grow our spray foam insulation company by generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales in both residential and commercial markets.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, social media, and networking
- Follow up with incoming leads and past clients
- Schedule and attend meetings with homeowners, builders, contractors, and property managers
- Present and explain our spray foam insulation products and services professionally
- Educate customers on the benefits of spray foam insulation, including energy efficiency, moisture control, and long-term cost savings
- Prepare and deliver estimates, quotes, and proposals
- Conduct site visits and gather project information for pricing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and general contractors
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to promote the company
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth project scheduling and customer satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activity
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and new insulation products
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Ability to negotiate and close sales
- Organized and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in sales, construction, insulation, or contracting is an asset
- Basic knowledge of construction or insulation products preferred

The ideal candidate is outgoing, driven, and comfortable meeting new people daily. They should be able to confidently present our spray foam solutions, build long-term client relationships, and help grow the company through strong sales performance and customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Winnipeg, MB (Central Plains Region)
