Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vaughan, ON. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored recommendations on Mercedes-Benz vehicles. You will guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, product demonstrations, and finalizing transactions. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, promotions, and financing options while providing exceptional service to exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of automotive products and the sales process
- Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail is desirable but not mandatory
