🌟 We’re Hiring!
We are currently looking to fill a full-time, permanent position for a Sales Associate in our Sales Department at our Leamington ON location.
What You'll Do:
- Processing orders via email and phone.
- Responsible for resolving minor conflicts that do not affect future growth of the account and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Checking data accuracy of orders and invoices.
- Completing and ensuring accuracy on Passing’s in a timely manner.
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answering queries.
- Liaising with the Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Mapping new items in Portals when required.
- Working with Packaging teams for new items and roll outs.
- Developing monthly/weekly sales reports.
- EDI Maintenance and onboarding.
- Communicating important feedback directly from customers to all internal departments.
- Tracking progress of sales targets and reporting deviations.
- Maintaining and developing a working relationship with the Sales and Procurement Team.
- Maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Supporting Key Account Manager when they are out of the office and or unavailable to communicate to retail partners.
- Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

What you Bring:
- 1 or more years of proven experience working as a Sales Administrator or Sales support required.
- Post-secondary education in Sales, Administration or relevant field considered an asset.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft office software packages, including Word and Excel.
- Understanding of key performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to maintain respectful relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.
- Very high degree of confidentiality and integrity required regarding all aspects of the business.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines; and ensure timely follow-up.
- Available to answer emails and calls in the evenings and on weekends if necessary.
- Ability to handle customer service situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently with little direction, within a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, reading, writing, listening and oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle are required as needed.
What To Expect:
- Mainly office setting with some warehouse/greenhouse as needed – walking, sitting, and standing throughout the day.
- Full time hours Monday to Friday with availability to work flexible hours including weekends and extended hours if needed.
- Working with minimal supervision during the day, but also communicating with different individuals and teams across our facilities and from external organizations
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation
