Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Peterborough, ON. The Sales Associate will welcome customers, understand their printing and design needs, and recommend suitable products and services. Daily tasks include preparing quotes, processing orders and payments, coordinating with production staff, and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time. The role also involves maintaining product displays, keeping the workspace organized, and supporting basic troubleshooting of customer orders or inquiries. The Sales Associate will actively promote Print2Go services, build repeat business, and contribute to a positive, professional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales skills, including active listening, needs assessment, and ability to recommend appropriate products and services.
• Basic technical aptitude with printers, copiers, and point-of-sale systems, with willingness to learn print and design workflows.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests calmly and efficiently.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in handling orders and payments, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in retail, print services, or a related customer-facing role is an asset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move print materials or packages as needed, and comply with in-store safety practices.
• Availability for a full-time schedule, including potential evenings and weekends based on business needs.
