The successful candidate will be required to travel to our buildings mainly in the Downtown and Southwest areas, with additional travel to other buildings as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Rental goals and showing objectives must be met on a monthly basis
  • Must meet monthly objectives set out by Leader
  • Greet, inform clients and conduct visits of rental apartments
  • Ensure all rental inquiries are handled as per provided instructions
  • Follow-up on phone messages within 24 hours
  • Ensure post renewal follow-up
  • Ensure post rental follow-up
  • Meet with customers and address their needs for renewals, modifications and assignation, etc.
  • Complete all required administration for the position
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Experience And Educational Requirements

  • Two (2) years of experience excelling in sales and customer service
  • Knowledge of computer applications is an asset

Technical Requirements

  • Have a class 5 driver’s license
  • Must have a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to learn and adapt to rapidly changing systems and new technology

Non-Technical Requirements

  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtained
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
  • Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
  • Ability to maneuver or lift up to 10kg with the proper equipment
