Full Description

We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our team. In this role, you will support senior engineers in the analysis, design, and delivery of structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with structural analysis and design (steel, concrete, foundations)
  • Prepare calculations, reports, and material takeoffs
  • Support drafting using AutoCAD
  • Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and attend project meetings
  • Participate in site visits and field inspections

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Registered or eligible for EIT designation (e.g., APEGA)
  • 0–3 years of experience (co-op/internship included)
  • Familiarity with STAAD pro, or similar
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
