Full Description
Ready to Drive Your Career Forward? Become a Trailer Sales Rep.
Join Flaman as an Entry-Level Trailer Sales Representative and we’ll help you master the ropes. This isn’t about sitting behind a desk and waiting for the phone to ring—this is a high-energy, hands-on role where you’ll learn the specs, the steel, and the skills needed to close the deal.
Whether it’s a flatdeck for a farmer or a utility trailer for a local contractor, you’ll be the person who helps our customers get their gear from point A to point B.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn the Inventory: Get to know every hitch, axle, and frame in the yard so you can speak the customer's language.
- Shadow the Pros: Work side-by-side with our senior sales team to learn how to build relationships and negotiate like a pro.
- Master the Process: Learn the "behind the scenes" of sales—from inventory management and logistics to financing and final delivery.
- Be the Face of Flaman: Help customers find exactly what they need, provide top-tier service, and ensure they leave the lot happy.
You’re the Right Fit If You:
- Are Hungry to Learn: You don’t need a decade of sales experience, but you do need a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to ask questions.
- Are a People Person: You enjoy striking up a conversation and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
- Have an Interest in Ag: You like equipment, you’re curious about how things work, and you aren’t afraid to get your boots a little dusty in the yard.
- Are Reliable: You show up on time, do what you say you’re going to do, and take pride in your work.
Why Flaman?
- Paid Training & Mentorship: We don't just throw you to the wolves; we invest in your growth.
- Solid Foundation: Benefits, pension, and the job security that comes with a company that’s been around for over 60 years.
- The "No-BS" Culture: We value honesty, hard work, and a team that treats each other like family.
