Entry-Level Direct Marketing Associate (New Graduates Welcome)
📍 Midtown Toronto (In-Person Only)
Are you a recent graduate currently based in Toronto and ready to launch your career? We are hiring motivated individuals to join our direct marketing team. This position is in-person and intended for candidates who already live in the GTA, as relocation assistance is not available.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute in-person direct marketing campaigns throughout the GTA
- Represent client brands professionally with customers
- Build relationships and increase customer engagement
- Promote products, services, and promotional offers
- Gather campaign feedback and market insights
- Work with team leaders to achieve daily goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent graduate or entry-level candidate
- Currently located in Toronto or surrounding area
- Able to commute to our Midtown office daily
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Goal-oriented mindset with growth ambitions
