Full Description

We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Intern to join our HR and AI Teams here at Revvity. This person will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end lifecycle of our HR AI initiatives - from initial data preparation to live deployment and engagement analysis. This role is a unique blend of Technical Development, Data Engineering, and Strategic Pilot Support, offering a 360-degree view of how AI is reshaping the modern workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agent Lifecycle & Optimization
  • Support Development:Assist in building and refining existing and new HR AI Agents
  • Fine-Tuning & Testing:Conduct rigorous testing and iterative fine-tuning to ensure agent responses are accurate, compliant, and empathetic.
  • Dataset Engineering:Lead the preparation, cleaning, and labeling of high-quality training data to improve agent "intelligence" and reduce bias.
  • AI Engagement & Admin
  • AI Engagement:Contribute to and supportthe AI at RevvitySpace on RISE, AI User Clubs, and AI Month events by assisting with workshops, prompting contests, and preparing live AI demos
  • Research & Innovation
  • Critical Thinking Pilot:Provide dedicated support to our "Critical Thinking Pilot" by assisting in the creation of a research bot within RevvityAI to conduct studies, focusing primarily on the "AI-enabled performance tasksβ€œ

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Technical Base:Familiarity with Python, LLM prompting, or No-Code/Low-Code AI agent builders.
  • Analytical Mindset:Strong data curation skills and an eye for detail (essential for training data and testing).
  • Critical Thinker: Ability to question AI outputs and analyze the ethical implications of automated systems.
