You will work with modern automation and AI tooling (such as Copilot Studio, n8n, or similar platforms) while learning best practices for workflow design, conversational agents, and responsible AI use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the configuration of triggers, actions, and conversational flows for internal or customer-facing use cases
  • Integrate workflows with APIs, data sources, and business systems using provided patterns and documentation
  • Translate clearly defined business requirements into automation logic and workflow steps
  • Test workflows and agent interactions to ensure reliability and expected behavior
  • Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and iterative improvement of existing automations
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to identify automation opportunities
  • Document workflows, logic flows, and usage guidelines to support maintainability
  • Learn and apply best practices for responsible AI usage, security, and governance

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in automation, software development, IT, or a related technical field
  • Hands-on experience (professional, academic, or project-based) with at least one:
  • Copilot Studio
  • n8n
  • Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar automation platform
  • General familiarity with LLMs and prompt-based interactions
  • Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and data flow concepts
  • Comfortable learning technical tools and working within defined frameworks
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Exposure to conversational agents, chatbots, or copilots
  • Introductory knowledge of:
  • JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript
  • Event-based or workflow-driven systems
  • Familiarity with authentication concepts (API keys, OAuth – at a basic level)
  • Interest in AI governance, compliance, or enterprise automation practices

We offer :

  • Equal opportunity employment, applicants of all ages and lifestyles welcome
  • A benefit package that includes medical, dental and life insurance coverage
  • Remote-first (virtual) employment
