Position: Jr. Account Manager
Location: Calgary, AB
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Jr. Account Manager, you will support the growth and development of customer accounts within an assigned territory while helping maintain strong customer relationships and supporting ongoing business growth.
You’ll work closely with Territory Managers and internal departments to support customers, identify opportunities within existing accounts, and contribute to the continued growth of EVS Canada’s portfolio, including Nespresso Professional, nunshen tea, Nayka water, and related services.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers within an assigned territory
- Supporting customer retention and account growth through regular communication, product recommendations, and ongoing account support
- Achieving individual sales targets through existing account development, machine placements, and new business opportunities
- Supporting business growth through prospecting, customer outreach, networking, and territory development activities
- Participating in client meetings, presentations, networking events, and monthly Account Management meetings
- Assisting with monthly sales blitz activities and other customer engagement initiatives
- Preparing customer updates, account reviews, and reporting as required
- Maintaining accurate customer records, account updates, and activity tracking within CRM platforms and internal systems
- Contributing to ongoing improvements in customer experience and territory growth initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant post-secondary education in business, hospitality, communications, or a related field is considered an asset
- Experience in sales, customer service, account management, hospitality, or business development is considered an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory as required
