Positions Available
We are currently hiring for Junior Research Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and data analysis on commercial real estate assets
- Prepare detailed appraisal and research reports
- Analyze market trends, financial data, and comparable properties
- Assist with report writing and valuation assignments
- Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and work independently when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (or related degree) or higher
- Progress toward or completion of AACI designation (for appraiser roles)
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
