Banyan Gold Corp. is a publicly traded (TSXV: BYN; OTCQB: BYAGF), Canadian mineral exploration
company focused on advancing its flagship AurMac Gold Project in Yukon, Canada, located near the
remote community of Mayo, YT. AurMac is Banyan’s primary asset and hosts a substantial mineral
resource, with an Indicated Mineral Resource of 2.274 million ounces of gold (112.5 Mt at 0.63 g/t)
and an Inferred Mineral Resource of 5.453 million ounces of gold (280.6 Mt at 0.60 g/t), and benefits
from excellent infrastructure including highway access, grid power, and telecommunications. In
addition to AurMac, Banyan holds the Nitra Gold Project, contiguous with AurMac within the Mayo
Mining District, and the Hyland Gold Project near Watson Lake along the Tintina Gold Belt. Banyan’s
portfolio offers significant exploration potential and is located within established Yukon mining
districts, where Banyan advances its work with a focus on responsible development and
collaboration with local First Nations.
POSTION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Senior Geologists, the Logging Geologist will be primarily responsible for
supporting advanced-stage exploration activities at the AurMac Project in central Yukon. This is a fly-
in/fly-out, site-based role on a regular rotational schedule for the duration of the 2026 Exploration
Program running from March through November.
The key areas of responsibility of the role are: the detailed and accurate collection of geological and
geotechnical data from drill core, generating samples for assay, and monitoring daily drill
production. Additional responsibilities include drill line-ups, inspections and down-hole surveys,
daily drill and data management, and timely communications with the Exploration Team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace health and safety and
consistently uphold the highest standards of quality in all aspects of their work. They will bring
practical, hands-on field experience from a similar exploration role, along with a solid understanding
core logging processes and geological data capture.
Location: AurMac Project, near Mayo, YT Rotation: 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off
Duration of Contract: March 1, 2026 to November 15, 2026
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with Banyan’s exploration team to carry out a range of exploration activities,
including drill core logging and sampling, collection of structural data from oriented core, and
the maintenance and oversight of core processing workflows and procedures.
- Ensure the highest standards of data integrity and data management by adhering to Banyan’s
QA/QC protocols and standard operating procedures, and by confirming that all workflows
and data collection are conducted in accordance with established company practices
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Actively contribute to our strong safety culture by ensuring all exploration activities are carried
out in full compliance with Banyan’s Health and Safety policies and Environmental
Sustainability standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Completion of a B.Sc. degree in geology/geoscience from an accredited university
- Eligible for Professional Registration and/or Geoscientist in Training (GIT) status in a Canadian
jurisdiction
- Preference for a minimum of 1 year experience in core logging and drill management within an
exploration role and a firm understanding of core processing workflows, and oriented core
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of flexibility, adapt effectively to a fast-paced
and high-demand work environment
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in challenging physical environments in all weather with the physical ability
required for working in mountainous terrain and harsh winter conditions
- Physical fitness and the ability to safely lift and carry core boxes and other objects up to 50lbs
- Ability to work and live in a remote camp setting for extended periods
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Valid Canadian Class 5 Driver’s License
- Valid Level 1 First Aid Certification
COMPENSATION: Competitive day rates based on experience level + End of Season Bonus. All
travel expenses, as well as room and board on site are fully paid.
*Preference will be given to candidates based out of Yukon Territory.
