About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Inside Support Specialist to assist with our Lighting Controls stock and flow business, as well as provide support to our lighting projects and quotations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, curious, and ready to grow into a more advanced role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for our Lutron stock and flow operations, including order entry, tracking, and customer communication
• Assist the projects and quotations team with takeoffs, pricing, documentation, and follow-ups
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records, product information, and project data
• Support general inside sales and administrative functions as needed
• Learn product lines, applications, and industry terminology over time
• Contribute to a collaborative, service-focused team environment

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in lighting, electrical products, or technical sales (an asset, not a requirement)
