Location: Concord, ON (Hybrid)

Minus Group (Minus Waste Solutions, Perth Environmental Inc., ORCA Digesters) is hiring Junior Sales Representatives to join a growing team. This is an entry-level role built for new grads who are motivated, curious, and ready to build a career in sales within the environmental and waste management space.
You’ll work directly with experienced industry leaders, including C-suite executives, while getting real exposure to customers from day one. This isn’t a “sit back and learn” role, you’ll be in the field, building relationships, and contributing to solutions that reduce waste, cut costs, and improve sustainability.

Our focus is simple: maximize the value of the resources we collect and process by transforming waste into animal feed, energy, and compost.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts across Ontario
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to audit, proposal, close, and onboarding
- Execute cold outreach (calls and in-person visits)
- Conduct site walkthroughs and waste assessments
- Work with operations teams to build tailored service programs
- Maintain and grow existing accounts
- Track pipeline activity and forecasts in CRM systems
What You Bring
- Recent university graduate (Business or related field preferred)
- Strong interest in sales, sustainability, or environmental services
- Relationship-driven, consultative mindset
- Ability to communicate and build tailored solutions
- Self-starter who is motivated, organized, and eager to learn
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Comfortable working across field, office, and remote environments
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $52,500/year
- Commission eligibility after 90-day probation
- Compensation review after 6 months
