We are currently seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write and post technical job descriptions across multiple job boards and platforms
  • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, niche platforms, referrals, networking events, and other employment sites
  • Review and analyze resumes to assess technical skills, qualifications, and overall fit for open roles
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate candidate experience, communication skills, and career goals
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate interview feedback and provide timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with technical professionals and expand professional networks
  • Craft and send personalized outreach messages and recruiting emails to passive candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry meetups to attract top talent
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and other recruitment-related administrative tasks when required
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Support HR and recruitment team initiatives, projects, and internal events as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or other sourcing tools is considered an asset
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools
  • Interest in technology and IT recruitment is considered an asset
