Part Sales Associate

Summary

Parts Sales and Warranty Administration in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer base
• Promote Execaire Aviation, as part sales supplier
• Process aircraft part sales request in a timely and efficient manner
• Issuing requests to vendors for price and availability, entering purchase orders/changes into EnterpriseOne People Soft (JD Edwards system), expediting vendors for on-time deliveries
• Prepare and submit quotations to customers and follow-up on to capture sale
• Internal parts expediting, liaise with stores and receiving inspection on receiving and shipment matters
• Troubleshooting and correction of invoice discrepancies and/or purchase orders and interfacing with accounts payable
• Administer Accounts Receivable in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures
• Familiarization with various OEM warranty procedures
• Process warranty claims and follows through until claim is settled
• Track cores to ensure timely returns
• Contact customers for any core issues (late returns, additional billings etc.)
• Administer various Parts Service Programs
• Filing and control of part sales files and archiving
• Other duties may be added as workload permits

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Diploma in Administration (Asset)
• 1-5 years of Aviation/Parts Procurement/ Stores environment experience
• Sales Experience
• Customer Service experience
• Due to the nature and location of the clients, English is required.
• Good organizational skills
• Detail Oriented
• Team Player
• Experience in Computer Software: Word, Excel
• EnterpriseOne People Soft (JD Edwards) would be an asset
