Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate at Grover Global Inc. The Sales Associate will engage prospective and existing customers via phone, video, and digital channels to understand their telecom needs and recommend suitable wireless, internet, TV, voice, IoT, and networking solutions. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting needs assessments, preparing quotes, and closing deals while meeting or exceeding defined sales targets. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on leads from marketing campaigns and partners, and supporting national sales initiatives. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners, stay current on product offerings and promotions, and provide a professional, consultative customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom, technology, or related services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear presentation of solutions, and confident negotiation.
- Ability to manage a remote sales workflow, including pipeline management, follow-ups, and accurate CRM data entry.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms (video conferencing, online collaboration, and basic office software).
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate connectivity solutions.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
- Willingness to learn telecom products and services (wireless, internet, TV, voice, IoT, networking); prior industry exposure is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
