Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team. This hybrid role is based in St. Catharines, ON, with flexibility for remote and in-field work. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, presenting our range of cleaning equipment, identifying customer needs, and creating tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales quotations, meeting sales targets, following up with clients, and providing after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Proven experience in sales, client presentations, and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to understand and explain technical product details effectively.
• Time management and organizational skills with a focus on achieving goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; knowledge of sales tools and systems is advantageous.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and an aptitude for identifying customer needs.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as required.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Prior experience in industrial cleaning or equipment sales is a plus.
