Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Sales Associate will greet and assist customers, provide product information, and guide them through purchase decisions to ensure a positive in-store experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays and store cleanliness, processing transactions accurately, and handling returns or exchanges in line with company policies. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves, and communicating customer feedback or issues to the store leadership team. The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with colleagues to meet sales targets, support promotional activities, and uphold company standards for service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic sales, upselling, and cross-selling abilities, with comfort discussing product features, benefits, and recommendations.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail for managing transactions, handling cash or POS systems, and maintaining store appearance.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment with varying customer traffic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as stocking shelves or moving inventory, with reasonable accommodation where needed.
• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not strictly required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional training in sales or customer service is an asset.
