Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our staffing agency team. This role is focused on outreach, relationship-building, and bringing in new business by connecting with employers who need staffing support.
The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, organized, and comfortable making calls, sending emails, following up with leads, and meeting potential clients. You will play a key role in growing the company’s client base and building long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities for staffing services.
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and conduct outreach to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Promote staffing services and explain how our agency can support their hiring needs.
- Schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and move prospects through the sales process.
- Understand client staffing needs and communicate them clearly to the internal team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly outreach and sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, business development, outreach, or account management.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up sales.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Organized with strong time management skills.
- Knowledge of staffing, recruitment, or HR is an asset.
- Experience using CRM systems or sales tracking tools is preferred.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in staffing or recruiting sales.
- Existing network of business contacts.
- Ability to generate leads and close new accounts.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
