Your next chapter starts here. We’re looking for an SDR / Junior Account Manager to help drive new business and support our growth in the high‑tech sector.

In this role, you will:

  • Generate new business and engage tech companies needing recruiting support
  • Qualify prospects and hand off opportunities to Sales Managers
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach
  • Track KPIs, pipeline activity, and revenue performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to sales strategy and market growth
  • 0–3 years in sales development, business development, or account support
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical hiring needs (developers, engineers, product roles)
  • Experience managing a pipeline and working toward revenue goals
  • A leadership mindset and the drive to grow
