As a Service/Sales Associate, you’ll be the connective tissue between our firm and the clients we serve. You’ll handle incoming inquiries, build lasting relationships, and actively drive new business — all within a firm that offers a rare breadth of solutions: investment management, insurance, group benefits, and comprehensive holistic financial planning.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Client Engagement:**

  • Handle inbound client inquiries with professionalism and urgency

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of client relationships

  • Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right solutions

  • Follow up consistently and proactively on pipeline opportunities

Business Development:

  • Generate and nurture leads through your network and referrals

  • Present our holistic offering — investments, insurance, and benefits

  • Collaborate with senior advisors on complex client strategies

  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly production targets

WHO YOU ARE**

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or a related field

  • A natural communicator who builds rapport quickly and persuades with integrity

  • Driven by results — you keep score and love winning for your clients

  • Entrepreneurial: you don’t wait to be told what to do

  • Organized and reliable — clients trust you because you always follow through

  • Relevant licensing (LLQP and Mutual Fund) is a plus — or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hiring
